Jeff Ales has 15 years of leadership experience in operations and sales. He currently serves as the general manager and executive VP of sales at Legacy Service Solutions LLC. In this role, Jeff Ales has directed marketing, project management, operations, and sales in a three-state region.

Mr. Ales has also been instrumental in increasing the company’s regional sales volumes by 500 percent annually. This was achieved through business-to-business sales strategies, effective cold-calling techniques, and innovative marketing programs. These campaigns helped foster customer relationships that resulted in increased sales and business growth. Mr. Ales also pioneered the implementation of new customer relationship management (CRM) systems that improved client interactions and sales efficiency.

Between 2022 and 2024, Mr. Ales was chief operating officer and executive VP of sales at Reliant Supply Group & Legacy GOP. In this role, he increased the organization’s global sales volume by 1,100 percent annually within 2 years.
